Enhancements
- Added high scores page - now you can easily see your highest score for each quiz in one place
- Added country index so you can check flags and capitals without doing a quiz - this will be expanded with more information and facts in future updates.
- Pro users only: quizzes now use up all the screen space saved by removing ads (iPhone).
